EUDR and TRACES NT Consultancy
The European Deforestation Regulation – EUDR – has introduced new requirements for companies that import, export, produce, process, or trade products using the following raw materials: Coffee, cocoa, soy, timber, palm oil, rubber, and beef.
In practice, companies will have to demonstrate that these products are not associated with deforestation, comply with the originating country's legislation and are duly documented before entering, circulating or being exported by European Union.
Effective from 30 December 2026
Large and medium-sized companies
Effective from 30 June 2027
Micro and small businesses
Prepare your business before compliance becomes a barrier to trade.
Compliance with the EUDR is not just about completing a declaration. It requires knowledge of the supply chain, traceability, evidence gathering, risk analysis, geolocation of product origin, and preparation for submission in the TRACES NT system.
At OFG, we support your company throughout this entire process. We start by understanding if your products are covered, assess the level of exposure to the regulation, identify gaps, organise the necessary documentation, and structure internal procedures for due diligence.
