Housing construction in Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire

Housing construction in Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire is an initiative to improving housing conditions in these West African countries. Realising the urgent need for quality infrastructure and adequate housing, the focus will be on contributing innovative construction technology to Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire.

The project involves the construction of 300 villas in Senegal and 1,000 homes in Côte d'Ivoire. These residences will not only provide a safe and comfortable home for thousands of people, but will also contribute to the urban development and improving the quality of life in these regions.

Project objectives

  • Improving Housing Conditions: The main aim of the project is to provide adequate housing for thousands of people in Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire, thus improving their living conditions. 
  • Developing infrastructures: The project aims to develop quality infrastructure in these countries, contributing to their urban development and economic growth. 
  • Introducing Innovative Construction Technology: Through this project, OFG | Oporto Forte Group is introducing an innovative building technology that will enable the construction of high-quality homes in an efficient and sustainable way. 
  • Stimulate the local economy: The project also aims to stimulate the local economy by creating jobs and business opportunities in the construction sector. 
  • Promoting sustainability: This initiative will have a strong focus on sustainability, ensuring that the houses are built in an ecologically responsible way.
