For the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, the person responsible collects and processes personal data which is explained in each type of processing, and which will depend on the different services you request or the contractual relationship you maintain with our organisation.

Our organisation undertakes to treat your personal data with total confidentiality and to apply the appropriate physical, technical and organisational security measures to protect it.

You guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the veracity, accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided and undertake to keep them duly updated.

 Processing of "Customer" data

We process the personal data you provide us with for the management of the company's customer data, to maintain the commercial relationship, accounting, administrative and invoicing management, as well as tax obligations.

Provision has also been made for advertising and commercial prospecting, for which the express consent of the interested party is requested.

The personal data provided will be kept for as long as the business relationship continues. If you decide to cancel your personal data, it may be kept in our databases for the periods provided for by law in order to comply with tax and accounting obligations, and will be deleted once these legal periods or those applicable to them expire.

• What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the execution of a contract, as well as the fulfilment of a legal obligation of the responsible party.

The communication of offers and promotions that may be of interest to you is based on the express consent we request from you.

• To which recipients will your data be communicated?

Data may be transferred to other companies in the Oporto Forte group, for which express consent is requested. Some of these companies may be located in third countries.

There will also be transfers to public organisations that are required by law.

No other international data transfers will take place.

Processing of "Contacts and potential customers" data

• Identification data: name, address, telephone number, e-mail address.
• Academic and professional data: profession, position.
• For what purpose do we process your personal data?

We process the personal data you provide us with in the contact form for the management of commercial contact data and potential clients.

Provision has also been made for advertising and commercial prospecting, for which the express consent of the interested party is requested.

The personal data provided will be kept for as long as the business relationship continues. If you decide to cancel your personal data, it will be deleted from our contact database.

• What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The legal basis for processing your data is the express consent we request from you.

• To which recipients will your data be communicated?

Data may be transferred to other companies in the Oporto Forte group, some of which may be based in third countries, for which the express consent of the data subject is requested.

No other international transfers of personal data have been planned.

Processing of "Supplier" data

• Identifying information: name, ID card, address, telephone number, email address.
• Financial data: bank account.
• Academic and professional data: profession, position, qualifications.
• Transaction data: products and services delivered.
• For what purpose do we process your personal data?

We process the personal data you provide us with for the management of the company's supplier data, to maintain the commercial relationship, accounting, administrative and payment management, as well as tax obligations.

A review of the curriculum vitae of suppliers (when they are consultants or trainers) is also used to accredit the technical competence included in the project offers presented to clients, for which the express consent of the interested party is requested.

Likewise, the image of the supplier (when they are a consultant or trainer) may also be processed in a publication or web page with the aim of publicising a particular event or activity related to the company's activities, for which the express consent of the interested party is requested.

The personal data provided will be kept for as long as the business relationship continues. If you decide to cancel your personal data, it may be kept in our databases for the periods provided for by law in order to comply with tax and accounting obligations, and will be deleted once said legal periods or those that are applicable have expired.

• What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the execution of a contract, as well as the fulfilment of a legal obligation of the responsible party.

• To which recipients will your data be communicated?

Data may be transferred to other companies in the Oporto Forte group, some of which may be based in third countries, for which the express consent of the data subject is requested.

There will also be transfers to public organisations that are required by law. 

Data is also transferred for legitimate purposes related to the company's activity: it will be necessary to communicate bank details (TIN, name and surname and account number) to the financial entities responsible for intervening in the payment operations for fees as a consultant or trainer.

The photograph of a supplier (trainer or consultant) may be used in a publication or web page to publicise a particular event or activity related to the company's activities, for which the express consent of the person concerned is requested.

No other international data transfers will take place.

Processing of "Jobseeker" data

• What kind of personal data do we process?
• Identifying information: name, ID card, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, image.
• Personal characteristics data: Sex, marital status, nationality, age, date and place of birth.
• Academic and professional data: profession, position, experience, qualifications.
• For what purpose do we process your personal data?

We process the personal data you provide us with in order to manage the company's selection processes.

The personal data provided will be kept for as long as the interested party has not withdrawn their consent to continue storing their CV for future selection processes. If you decide to cancel your personal data, it will be deleted from our database of job applicants.

• What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The legal basis for processing your data is your express consent.

• To which recipients will your data be communicated?

Assignments will be made to companies that carry out selection processes.

International data transfers may be made to companies located abroad that contract the selection services.

For international assignments and transfers, the express consent of the interested party is required.

Processing of "Course participants" data

• What kind of personal data do we process?
• Identifying information: name, ID card, address, telephone number, email address.
• Academic and professional data: profession, position, qualifications.
• For what purpose do we process your personal data?

We process the personal data you provide us with to register participants in courses organised by the company.

The personal data provided will be kept until you request its cancellation. If you decide to cancel your personal data, it will be deleted from our database of course participants.

• What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the execution of a contract, as well as the fulfilment of a legal obligation of the responsible party.

• To which recipients will your data be communicated?

Any transfers necessary to fulfil legal obligations will be made to entities such as the IEFP, DGERT or the SIGO platform. 

No international transfers of personal data are envisaged.

What are your rights when you give us your data?

In accordance with the applicable data protection regulations, you have a series of rights in relation to the processing of your personal data. The exercise of these rights will be free of charge for you, except in cases where manifestly unfounded or excessive requests are made, especially if they are repetitive.

These rights are as follows:

• Right to informationYou have the right to be informed in a concise, transparent, intelligible and easily accessible manner, using clear and simple language, about the use and processing of your personal data.
• Right of accessYou have the right to ask us at any time to confirm whether we are processing your personal data, to provide you with access to such data and information about its processing, and to obtain a copy of such data.
