We process the personal data you provide us with for the management of the company's supplier data, to maintain the commercial relationship, accounting, administrative and payment management, as well as tax obligations.
A review of the curriculum vitae of suppliers (when they are consultants or trainers) is also used to accredit the technical competence included in the project offers presented to clients, for which the express consent of the interested party is requested.
Likewise, the image of the supplier (when they are a consultant or trainer) may also be processed in a publication or web page with the aim of publicising a particular event or activity related to the company's activities, for which the express consent of the interested party is requested.

- Identifying information: name, ID card, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, image.
- Personal characteristics data: Sex, marital status, nationality, age, date and place of birth.
- Academic and professional data: profession, position, experience, qualifications.
- For what purpose do we process your personal data?
We process the personal data you provide us with in order to manage the company's selection processes.
The personal data provided will be kept for as long as the interested party has not withdrawn their consent to continue storing their CV for future selection processes. If you decide to cancel your personal data, it will be deleted from our database of job applicants.
- What is the legal basis for processing your data?
The legal basis for processing your data is your express consent.
- To which recipients will your data be communicated?
Assignments will be made to companies that carry out selection processes.
International data transfers may be made to companies located abroad that contract the selection services.
For international assignments and transfers, the express consent of the interested party is required.
Processing of "Course participants" data
- What kind of personal data do we process?
- Identifying information: name, ID card, address, telephone number, email address.
- Academic and professional data: profession, position, qualifications.
- For what purpose do we process your personal data?
We process the personal data you provide us with to register participants in courses organised by the company.
The personal data provided will be kept until you request its cancellation. If you decide to cancel your personal data, it will be deleted from our database of course participants.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the execution of a contract, as well as the fulfilment of a legal obligation of the responsible party.
- To which recipients will your data be communicated?
Any transfers necessary to fulfil legal obligations will be made to entities such as the IEFP, DGERT or the SIGO platform.
No international transfers of personal data are envisaged.
What are your rights when you give us your data?
