  • Create greater consistency in daily performance, strengthening productivity, decision-making and work habits
  • Promote collaboration between functions, reducing operational conflicts and increasing team alignment and effectiveness.
  • Increasing empowerment and relational maturity within the operation.

 

 

PEOPLEinMOTIONAn integrated development programme, structured around 3 complementary axes:

 

  • MEinMOTION - Personal and emotional effectiveness: self-knowledge, growth mindset, emotion management, positive focus and resilience.
  • MOREinMOTION - Performance and Productivity:
    • To Line SupportAssessment & Development Sessions, with competency exercises, situational tests, group dynamics and DISC reports.
    • To Line Leaders: Workshop on productivity and effective time management, habits and performance tools.
  • WEinMOTION - Empowerment & Team Effectiveness: 8-hour GameSession with Gamification dynamics, exploring the C's of high-performance teams, conflict management, behavioural profiles and effective collaboration.

Intervention format:

 

  • DISC as StartUp, guaranteeing an individual diagnosis of behaviour and communication preferences.
  • Training, Assessment and Gamification, and tailored to both audiences.
  • Modular and progressive path, promoting the evolution of the individual → performance → team.

  • Tool used throughout the sessions and at the final reflection moment.

  • Common session for Line Leaders and Line Support.
  • I work on self-knowledge, impact on others, emotional management and growth mindset.

  • Assessment & Development Sessions, with exercises designed to observe real competences:
    • Situational tests
    • Group dynamics
    • Decision-making games
    • Integration of the DISC report into the final assessment.

Line Leaders

  • Workshop focused on productivity, time management, operational efficiency and well-being.

 

WEinMOTION - Team Effectiveness GameSession

 

  • All participants together (Leaders + Support).
  • A sequence of games aimed at empowerment, collaboration and team effectiveness.
  • Exploring the “C's” of teamwork and the dynamics of positive conflict.

 

 

  • Greater individual self-knowledge and understanding the impact of behavioural styles (DISC).
