Team Building based on Experiential Learning, with 4 highly immersive activity options:

 

  • TOGETHER WE COOK - Team Cook: collaboration, organisation, leadership and sharing through the creation of a joint meal.
  • TOGETHER WE GET IT - Goldberg activity: collaborative construction of a domino effect machine, reinforcing alignment, focus and interdependence.
  • TOGETHER WE WIN - Taskmaster: short, competitive challenges, encouraging speed, strategy, decision-making and working under pressure.
  • TOGETHER WE ROCK - Team Music: creation of an original song, working on creativity, coordination, communication and collective expression.

 

Initial Challenge - DISC (WarmUp)

  • Sent 1 week before the event, with a teaser and an invitation to answer the DISC.
  • Behavioural profiles presented at the Debriefing to raise awareness and improve communication and collaboration.

 

Opening & Briefing

 

  • Explanation of the overall objective, organisation by teams and link to corporate principles.
  • Identification of the desired behaviours for each team

 

Experiential Activity

  • The team dedicates itself to the selected challenge (cooking, building, competing or creating music).
  • Sharing, negotiation, creativity and joint problem-solving.

 

Debriefing Workshop

  • Thematic tables associated with DISC profiles.
  • Rotation of teams to gather insights, reflections and cross-learning.
  • Identifying parallels between the activity and the company's daily life.
  • Building individual and team commitments to “Think the Future”.
