At this stage, we negotiate financing tailored to the client's needs, present the financial entities we work with in the project and analyse the offers received. We look for the best conditions and accompany the process until the transaction is formalised.
Collateralisation
At this stage, we carry out a thorough search and select the bank guarantees or Guarantee Insurance or Credit Insurance instruments available on the international financial market that meet the requirements of the chosen financing fund. We negotiate the best conditions for each proposed guarantee and monitor the entire process of contracting the chosen guarantee.
Formalising the operation
At this stage, we monitor the process until the financing contract is signed.
Monitoring the availability
In this last stage, the first instalment of funding is made available within the timeframe agreed between the fund and the borrowing company. The number of funding instalments is directly related to the project's implementation schedule.
