  • Driving ME - Personal effectiveness, self-knowledge and communication.
  • Driving PERFORMANCE - Productivity, time management, co-operation, feedback and conflict resolution.
  • Driving OTHERS - Motivation, involvement, multiculturalism and team management.
  • Driving TOGETHER - Team effectiveness game session, bringing together Team Leaders and Coordinators.

 

Intervention format:

 

  • DISC as a start-up tool for assessing behavioural profiles and communication preferences
  • Training Shots (4 to 8 hours), Workshops and OnJob Mentoring.
  • Structured sessions to ensure immediate transfer to the real context.
  • Different content and depth for Team Leaders and Coordinators.

 

Coordinators

 

  • Workshops and Training Shots (4-8 hours) + 1 hour of practical support.
  • Monthly OnJob mentoring to consolidate and support the application of competences.
  • Topics: personal effectiveness, communication effectiveness, multiculturalism, motivation and commitment, feedback, co-operation, conflict management and time management.

 

Team Leaders

 

  • 4-hour Training Shots + OnJob mentoring.
  • Initial “EU Leader & DRIVER” session as a talent and skills maturity assessment.
  • Topics: motivation, commitment, multiculturalism, personal and communication effectiveness, feedback, empowerment, conflict management and time management.

 

 

Final Integration - DrivingTOGETHER

 

  • Joint Gamification session to reinforce the ME + PERFORMANCE + OTHERS dynamics and create collective commitment.

 

  • Increased self-knowledge and behavioural alignment, supported by DISC.
  • Significant progress in communication, with clearer, more assertive and adaptable leaders.
  • Increased productivity, This is based on better planning, time management and prioritisation.
