- Driving ME - Personal effectiveness, self-knowledge and communication.
- Driving PERFORMANCE - Productivity, time management, co-operation, feedback and conflict resolution.
- Driving OTHERS - Motivation, involvement, multiculturalism and team management.
- Driving TOGETHER - Team effectiveness game session, bringing together Team Leaders and Coordinators.
Intervention format:
- DISC as a start-up tool for assessing behavioural profiles and communication preferences
- Training Shots (4 to 8 hours), Workshops and OnJob Mentoring.
- Structured sessions to ensure immediate transfer to the real context.
- Different content and depth for Team Leaders and Coordinators.
3. IMPLEMENTATION
Coordinators
- Workshops and Training Shots (4-8 hours) + 1 hour of practical support.
- Monthly OnJob mentoring to consolidate and support the application of competences.
- Topics: personal effectiveness, communication effectiveness, multiculturalism, motivation and commitment, feedback, co-operation, conflict management and time management.
Team Leaders
- 4-hour Training Shots + OnJob mentoring.
- Initial “EU Leader & DRIVER” session as a talent and skills maturity assessment.
- Topics: motivation, commitment, multiculturalism, personal and communication effectiveness, feedback, empowerment, conflict management and time management.
Final Integration - DrivingTOGETHER
- Joint Gamification session to reinforce the ME + PERFORMANCE + OTHERS dynamics and create collective commitment.
