Artificial Intelligence technology applied to collective well-being - implemented by Oporto Forte Group as part of the 2025 Call for Proposals

O BEWS is a system based on Artificial Intelligence that identifies well-being trends in collaborative and innovation environments, completely anonymously. The project will be implemented by Oporto Forte Group (OFG) in three coworking spaces in the city of Porto between 2025 and 2026.

About the project

An AI solution for understanding collective well-being

O BEWS (AI Burnout Early Warning System) uses Artificial Intelligence techniques to transform everyday signals into aggregated trends about the well-being of professional communities.

The tool analyses patterns, identifies variations in the emotional climate and generates indicators that support more humane, responsible and preventive management decisions.

The project was approved by the Open Call 2025, reinforcing the city's commitment to testing innovative technologies that promote quality of life and social sustainability.

O BEWS uses quick, anonymous and voluntary interactions carried out by users of the pilot spaces.
Artificial Intelligence analyses variations over time, identifies trends and presents aggregate indicators that make it possible to understand the community's emotional environment.

No person can be identified - the system works exclusively with anonymous and statistical data, in full compliance with the GDPR.
