This is a transformation from the inside out, in which organisations train their own employees and reap the benefits of their investment.<\/p><p>So a new question arises: what does your team need to know to meet the ESG challenge?<\/p><p><strong>Environmental impact and carbon footprint<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Measurement, reporting and reduction plans aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Sustainable purchasing and supply chain management<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Selection of suppliers based on ESG criteria, minimising operational and reputational risks.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Ethics, <em>compliance<\/em> and good governance<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>A commitment to an organisational culture based on transparency and responsibility.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Inclusion, diversity and equity<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Promoting more diverse, collaborative and productive teams.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Sustainable project management<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Planning and evaluation of projects based on environmental and social impact.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-caec151 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"caec151\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><strong> ESG in practice: how Novo Banco integrated ESG into training in 2024<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d689028 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d689028\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A good national example is <strong>New Bank<\/strong>, which in 2024 strengthened its <strong>ESG commitment to specific training actions<\/strong> aimed at the leadership and its internal teams, through:<\/p><ul><li>Creation of ESG training trails in the internal training academy;<\/li><li>Training in sustainable leadership and gender equality, aimed at first and second line managers;<\/li><li>Alignment between the training modules, institutional values and the organisation's social and environmental responsibility objectives.<\/li><\/ul><p>This case demonstrates that integrating sustainability into the culture and internal learning systems is decisive for guaranteeing <strong>structural and lasting results<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-732e039 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"732e039\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><strong> Is cost a barrier?
