Intervention format:

 

  • Practical workshops, adapted to different audiences.
  • GameSession for experiential skills reinforcement.
  • Individual on-the-job support, transforming knowledge into real practice.
  • Initial Focus Group, for alignment and customisation.

 

 

  • Month 0: Focus Group with key figures to identify needs and define practical cases.
  • Months 1 to 4: Monthly workshops (6-8 hours) + individual follow-up sessions in a real-life context.
  • Month 5: GameSession focused on the “C's” of high-performance teams (Capacities, Commitment, Co-ordination, Co-operation, Confidence, Communication).
  • Month 6: Final individual follow-up sessions and consolidation of practices.

 

 

  • Greater self-knowledge and emotional maturity of the participants.
  • Improving internal communication, with more aligned and effective teams in daily interaction.
  • Strengthening co-operation and co-ordination, generating greater operational fluidity.
